GLAMGLEE currently ships exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery Conditions

Upon receipt of the goods, customers are required to inspect the delivery immediately for accuracy, completeness, and any visible damage. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to GLAMGLEE within 7 calendar days of delivery. In case of damage, the product must not be used until the matter has been fully resolved. The item must remain in its original delivery condition during this period.

For deliveries handled by a freight carrier, the customer is obliged to inspect the goods for visible damage upon delivery and confirm their condition by signing the delivery receipt. If any damage is observed, it must be noted as a reservation on the delivery document. GLAMGLEE accepts no liability for visible transport damages not reported at the time of delivery.

Delivery Times

GLAMGLEE aims to process all orders within 2–5 business days after receiving payment. Please note that this is a non-binding timeframe and no liability is assumed for delays. If an extended delivery time is expected, customers will be informed by email.
